Raw mango pieces – 1 cup
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Rai – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds – 1/4 tsp
Jaggery – 1 cup
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Oil – 2 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Plain salt – as per taste

How to make Mango Launji
To make delicious mango launji, first take raw mango and wash it with clean water and wipe it with cotton cloth. After this, peel the raw mango with a sieve and cut it into long strips and separate the kernels. Now put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, mustard, fennel, asafoetida and other spices and fry while stirring for a few seconds.

When the aroma starts coming from the spices, put the raw mango pieces in the pan and with the help of a spoon, mix it with the spices and cook. After some time, add red chili powder to the mixture and add 1 cup of water on low flame and let the launji cook.
