Ingredients to make Raw Mango Panna
Raw mangoes (Kairi) – 4
Roasted cumin powder – 2 tsp
Black salt – 2 tsp
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
Jaggery/sugar – 6 tbsp
salt – as per taste
Raw Mango Panna Recipe
To make raw mango panna full of taste and nutrition, first take raw mangoes and wash them. After this, put raw mangoes (carries) in a pressure cooker and put them to boil after adding water as needed. After 4-5 whistles, turn off the gas and let the pressure cooker cool down. After the pressure of the cooker is released, open the lid and take out the raw mangoes from the water.
When the raw mangoes cool down, peel them off and take out the mango pulp in a vessel. After this, mash the kernels of cari too well so that the pulp can come out completely. Now mash the pulp of the utensil well and add chopped mint leaves, black salt, cumin powder and all other ingredients and mix it. Now put this mixture in the mixer and blend it by adding water as needed.

After blending the mixture for a couple of minutes, take it out in a vessel. If the panna seems thick, then you can add some more water to it. After this put some ice cubes in the page and leave it for some time. When the mango panna cools down, put it in a serving glass and add one or two ice cubes to it and serve chilled.
