Now on this date, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will conduct a lucky draw for plot buyers.
So many people applied
On July 5, Yamuna Authority started a scheme for 361 residential plots. In this scheme, plots of 120, 162, 200, 500, 1000 and 4000 square meters are up for allotment in Sector 16, 18, 22 and 22D. More than 1.5 lakh people have bought the application form under the scheme. More than 10% of them have also applied with the registration fee. Earlier, this scheme was brought for one month. That is, from July 5 to August 5. Later, the scheme was extended till August 23. That is, people applied in this scheme till August 23.
Lucky draw will be held on October 10
Under the Residential Plot Scheme of Yamuna Vikas Pradhikaran, those who had applied to buy plots till 23rd October, their lucky draw was to be held on 20th September. But now its dates have been changed. Instead of 20th September, the lucky draw of the plots has been postponed to October.
