Former professor accused his sons in a video and letter

Retired Prof. Ishrat Hussain of Botany Department of AMU has sent a complaint with an affidavit along with a video to Aligarh Police and CM, in which it is said that in July 2022, he had evicted his two sons Prof. Naveed, Mohd. Faisal Khan and their wives Fiza Tabassum Azmi and Tayyaba Liaquat from the property. At the same time, he felt the danger to his life and property. Due to this, I am now living in Mumbai with my daughters Dr. Humaira Khan and Dr. Zeba Khan. Along with this, his Mumbai-based advocate Jamal A. Khan has written to CM UP that this allegation of kidnapping by daughter and son-in-law is strange. It is a very cheap element and a fabricated story. The advocate has filed a case and requested action against the officer who filed the case without investigation, accusing him of causing mental damage, harassing, misleading by giving false information.

It is absolutely correct that this case has been registered on the complaint of retired Prof. Naved, in which his sister was contacted and called several times. But she did not come. Now she should come here and record her statement. Further decision will be taken on that basis. – Amrit Jain, CO III.
