In Bhojpur, a person returning home after selling vegetables was crushed by a Hyva truck, due to which he died tragically on the spot. After the accident, angry people blocked the road, vandalized several sand-laden trucks and even set a truck on fire. The incident took place in Piro market of Piro police station area. Regarding the incident, local people say that Baleshwar Ram, resident of Masarhiya Tola of Piro police station area, was returning to his home after selling vegetables like every day. Meanwhile, a highway truck coming at a high speed crushed him, due to which the vegetable seller died on the spot. After this incident, angry people started protesting by blocking the road. During this, angry people started vandalizing the trucks. Due to this, the atmosphere became tense within a short time and the protesters set a truck on fire. As soon as the fire broke out, the entire truck started burning. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot, where the situation was tense. Within a short time, several Thanon police including Piro DSP were called to the spot. The police immediately called the fire brigade and after a lot of effort the protesters were chased away using mild force.

Regarding the incident, Piro DSP Rahul Singh said that a vegetable seller riding a bicycle died in an accident with a truck, after which the villagers became angry and vandalized some trucks and set a truck on fire. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and brought the situation under control. The police called the fire brigade and brought the burning truck under control. Police is taking further action.
