Three accused arrested for robbery

On the night of 27th April, miscreants robbed a petrol pump salesman near village Nagaula on Moradabad National Highway. On receiving the news of this incident, the police swung into action, surrounded the miscreants and caught all three miscreants near Rathgawan. All three were sent to jail on April 28 after interrogation and recovery of goods.
It so happened that at around 12.15 in the night, a young man riding a bike reached the petrol pump located in Nagaula to fill petrol worth Rs 2100 in his bike. His two companions were standing on the road after the pump. Meanwhile, he signaled and called his two companions and pointed the gun at the salesman. After this, they threatened him and looted Rs 12,600 and ran away. The salesman first gave this information to the pump owner Jhamman Lal Aggarwal. They came to the spot and called the police. During police investigation, the entire incident was found captured in CCTV.
After this, when the police started cordoning off the miscreants, on the information of the informer, three miscreants were caught from Rathgawan. All three were identified from the footage captured in CCTV. All three gave their names as Hal, resident of Bulandshahr, Ahmedgarh Kalyanpur, Maulana Azad Nagar, resident of Quarsi, Umadraj, Gufran of Maulana Azad Nagar and Farman of Allehpur Chandpa Hathras. The bike Yamaha FZ used in the robbery and Rs 3700, pistol etc. from the looted amount were recovered from all three. According to CO III ASP Amrit Jain, all three have been sent to jail.
