RRB Group D Result Notice Released: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the notice related to RRB Group D Result on the official website. Those candidates who are appearing in the examination can check this notice by visiting the official website. To do this, candidates have to visit the official website of RRB Ajmer, whose address is – www.rrbajmer.gov.in This notice explains how the candidates can calculate the result and how the percentile score will be calculated.

According to the information given in the notice, the first rule for calculating the result is that the candidate must have secured the minimum qualifying marks in his/her category. Unless the candidate is able to score the first hurdle i.e. minimum marks, he/she will not be considered eligible for further process.
The minimum passing marks category wise are as follows. UR – 40%, EWS – 40%, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 30%, SC – 30%, ST – 30%.

RRB has given this information in the notice that the shortlisting of the candidates will be done on the basis of ‘Normalized Marks’. Wherever there are multiple sessions of CBT i.e. Computer Based Test for the same syllabus, the marks will be counted on the basis of ‘Normalized Marks’.

The percentile of each candidate will be converted into ‘normalised marks’ to calculate ‘normalised marks’. For this the ‘Base Shift’ method will be used. In this way minimum qualifying marks will be decided and CCAA candidates will also be given separate weightage.
