RRB Mumbai JE Recruitment 2024 Short Notice Out: Railway Recruitment Board, Mumbai has released a short notice for recruitment to more than 7 thousand posts of Junior Engineer. This central employment notice has been issued for 7934 posts. Under this, candidates will be recruited for JE posts in various departments. Advertisement regarding this has been published in the employment newspaper of 27 July to 2 August. Applications have not started yet.

Only a short notice has been issued for the JE posts of Railway Recruitment Board. Applications will start 30 July 2024 And the last date to apply for these posts is 29 August 2024. Candidates should note these dates and apply as soon as the application link becomes active. Also know that the last date for depositing the fees is also 29 August.

How will the selection be done
The selection of candidates for these posts will be done through CBT mode examination i.e. computer based exam, the date of which has not been given yet. Its date and the date of release of admit card for the candidates who have successfully applied will be informed later. Keep checking the website for updates.
There will be exams at several levels
After CBT One, there will be CBT Two and after that document verification and medical examination will be taken. Only those who pass one stage will go to the next stage and after passing all the stages, the selection will be final.
how much will the fee be
To apply, candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500. This is for General, OBC and EWS categories. Out of this, Rs 400 will be refunded after appearing in CBT Stage One. The fee for reserved category and female candidates and PH category is Rs 250. This is fully refundable. The fee for editing the form is Rs 250.
Who can apply
To apply, it is necessary that the candidate has a degree or diploma in any engineering in the relevant field i.e. civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics, telecommunication etc. There is a difference in eligibility for some posts, check it from the notice. The age limit is 18 to 36 years.
How much salary will you get
On being selected for these posts, the salary is according to the post. The salary of the Junior Engineer post is Rs 35,400 as per level 6. The salary of Chemical Supervisor and other posts is Rs 44,900 as per level 7. The syllabus and paper pattern of the exam can be seen from the website.
