These recruitments are for Railway Protection Force and a total of 4660 posts will be filled under them. Out of these, 4208 posts are of constable and 452 posts are of SI i.e. Sub-Inspector. SI Executive and Constable (in RPF and RPSF) posts can be applied online only.

How will the selection be done?
Selection on these posts will be done after passing several rounds of examination. Like, first of all there will be CBT i.e. computer based exam. After this there will be PMT and PST test. Candidates who pass all the rounds will have to undergo document verification. Once these are cleared, selection will be confirmed.
how much will be charged
To apply, General and OBC category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500. Whereas SC, ST category, women candidates and ex-servicemen will have to pay Rs 250 as fee.
Who can apply
To apply for SI posts, it is necessary that the candidate has obtained Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Tenth pass candidates can apply for the post of constable. There is more eligibility related information which you can get from the notice. Age limit for the post of constable is 18 to 25 years. The age limit for the post of SI has been fixed at 20 to 25 years. Reserved category will get exemption.
