Criminals looted Rs 34 lakh from the proprietor of Asha Petrol Pump, who was going to deposit money in Sadhna Puri State Bank of Gardanibagh police station area of Patna. When people protested against the looting, the criminals started firing. In this firing, a young man got shot in the thigh, due to which he got injured. The injured youth has been admitted to the nursing home in Patna for treatment. After receiving information about the incident, police from several police stations and senior police officers reached the spot. Police have started investigating this matter.

Regarding the incident, Gardnibagh police station incharge said that there was a loot of Rs 34 lakh. Police are scanning the CCTV cameras around the incident site. He told that a young man whose name has been given as Bajrangi. He was trying to chase the criminals, in which the criminals opened fire on him. The bullet hit his thigh, injuring him.

Regarding the incident, Secretariat DSP Sushil Kumar says that Sanjay Kumar, proprietor of Asha Petrol Pump, was going to deposit the petrol pump collection in the State Bank of Sadhnapuri in his car along with the driver and two friends. Then two criminals surrounded them on a bike near Alkapuri. The criminals stopped Sanjay Kumar’s car by overtaking him from the front and then looted his money. Police say that some people opposed the criminals while they were trying to escape after looting the money. After which the criminals started firing indiscriminately out of fear of being caught. In this firing, a young man named Bajrangi was shot in the thigh, due to which the young man got injured. As soon as information about the incident was received, the local police reached the spot and started investigation. Secretariat DSP said that the CCTV cameras around the incident site are being scrutinized.
