Let us tell you that very small children feel cold more. Therefore, it is considered better to keep the temperature of their room one to two degrees Celsius higher in summer. To put it in simple language, keeping the temperature of children’s room at 20.5 degree Celsius is good for their comfortable sleep. 

Apart from this, doctors said about children that very young children should not be allowed to sleep too much. -One should avoid sleeping under heavy blanket or quilt. They should wear such clothes that their body temperature remains stable. Parents should check whether the body temperature of their children is not high by touching their children’s stomach and back of the neck while sleeping.
