UNSC: India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday (December 15) at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) gave Anjali Vijay Kulathe, a nursing officer at Cama and Albless Hospital, a chance to speak at length about the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks and In a way, he worked to bring out the real face of terror in front of the whole world.
Anjali Vijay Kulathe, during her turn, told all the incidents that she had seen and spent during the time of that terrorist attack. He said that in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, many people lost their lives, many children became orphans, many people were in shock. During this, he emphasized that, I want the international community to punish the perpetrators behind the attack and justice to the families of the victims.

Kasab didn’t have an iota of remorse

Speaking in front of the world’s senior officials in the UNSC, Anjali Vijay Kulthe said, “After that incident, I could not sleep peacefully for many nights. I still shudder when I remember the night of the attacks.” But he is happy that the attack night was successful in saving the lives of 20 pregnant women and their babies. Referring to that night, she said, “My uniform gave me courage and my passion for nursing gave me clarity of thought.” While escorting a patient to the pregnancy ward, Anjali heard heavy gunfire and grenade explosions and spent the whole night in the dark, finding it hard to believe they were alive.
S Jaishankar told the danger
S Jaishankar said that we cannot allow another ‘9/11 of New York’ or ’26/11 of Mumbai’ to happen again. Terrorist acts are a threat to international peace and security. No country should attempt to derive political mileage from terrorism and none of us collectively should ever make such calculations.
