Peanuts – 1/2 cup

Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 1
Green coriander – 1/4 cup
Lemon juice – 1 tsp (optional)
Oil – for frying
Rock salt – as needed

How to make Sabudana Balls
