Then the prepared paste of red chilli, coriander, turmeric etc. is also added to it. It is cooked on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. After that boiled peas are added to it. After adding peas, cabbage is added to it and it is cooked well. When the cabbage starts breaking easily, orange juice is added to it to add more flavor. In this way this saag is prepared. While giving information about making rota, he told that the dough kneaded in milk is kept for some time, after which it is rolled out, a little kneading is done on its elements and after that it is roasted on the embers of fire.

Giving information about the price, Lalchand said that in the market this vegetable is given at the rate of ₹ 600 per kg, but he gives the vegetable to the people at the rate of ₹ 550 per kg along with 20 rotis to eat. Due to their reasonable price and taste, bookings for 50 to 60 Sagrota are received per day.
