Saif Ali Khan Could Not transfer his 5000 crores property to his children Sara Ali Khan Ibrahim Ali Khan Taimur and Jeh know reason

Saif Ali Khan 5000 Crores Property: Saif Ali Khan is one of the talented actors of Bollywood. He has worked in many super-duper hit films and has also proved his acting prowess. At the same time, his family also has a long history of success. Saif is the tenth Nawab of Pataudi after his late father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Saif is also one of the richest celebrities in the country and he owns not one but two grand ancestral properties. One is the magnificent Pataudi Palace and the other is an ancestral house in Bhopal. The surprising thing is that the actor is the owner of property worth 5000 crores but he cannot transfer his property to his four children Sara-Ibrahim and Taimur-Jeh. Let’s know the reason for this?

Why will Saif not be able to transfer the property in the name of all four children?
Saif Ali Khan has married twice. His first wife is Amrita Singh from whom he got divorced. The couple has two children, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. Saif has married Kareena Kapoor for the second time. He also has two children from Kareena Kapoor, Taimur and Jeh. Saif Ali Khan is the owner of property worth Rs 5000 crore, but he will not be able to give a single penny from his immense wealth to any of his four children. The reason for this is that all the properties related to Pataudi House and other relevant properties come under the controversial Enemy Dispute Act 1968 of the Government of India. No one can claim rights on such properties and they cannot be inherited either.

All the luxurious properties and things of Pataudi House come under this act, that is why Saif will not be able to transfer his property in the name of his four children.

What can be done to claim the property?
But if anyone wants to oppose this Enemy Dispute Act and wants to claim any property, then he will have to knock the door of the High Court. On the other hand, if the decision from the High Court does not come in their favor, then they can seek refuge in the Supreme Court. After this, a plea can also be made to the President of India. However, it will be very difficult to take any action on this.

It is not easy for Saif to fight for his ancestral property
Reports suggest that Saif Ali Khan’s great-grandfather, Hamidullah Khan was a Nawab under British rule. He never made a will for all his property. Some of Saif’s descendants had migrated to Pakistan. Due to this, his ancestral property came under the Enemy Dispute Act. Due to this, it is not easy for Saif to fight for his ancestral property. However, despite all this, if Saif tries to transfer his entire property to his four children, then the actor’s great-grandmother’s descendants in Pakistan may raise objections to this matter.
