Police arrested two accused Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta in the case of firing outside Salman’s house. Both are in police custody. Both of them left Mumbai and fled to Gujarat after firing outside Salman’s house. Now it has been revealed how and why he went to Gujarat.

According to Crime Branch sources, the accused were told that after the firing they had to keep changing their transport mode again and again. Also, we have to get out of Mumbai, Maharashtra as soon as possible. Therefore, immediately after the firing, the accused left their motorcycle at Mount Mary in Bandra and from there went to Bandra station by auto rickshaw.
Then by local train to Santa Cruz and from there by taxi to Chinchoti on Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway, then by truck to Gujarat, then to Surat, Ahmedabad and then reached Bhuj by changing different vehicles.
The question is, why did both of them go to Gujarat?
According to police sources, Anmol Vishnoi was in touch with the accused through VOIP and was guiding them. Anmol Vishnoi himself had told him that after committing the crime, he should not go to Bihar at all, because his village is there. The police will reach there first.
Secondly, do not go to Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan and Punjab because the police knows that our gang is active in these areas, so they will definitely search there. Therefore, Anmol Vishnoi had asked both of them to hide for a few days in Gujarat or South India. This is the reason why the accused first fled to Gujarat.
But the question is that if they were taking so much care then why did they leave the motorcycle in Bandra and its number plate was also not changed? According to police sources, the motorcycle used in the crime was taken from a dealer through OLX. The accused was the fourth owner to buy it. But no one had changed the registration number, so it was in the name of the first owner. Therefore the accused thought that the police would not be able to reach them. She will doubt the owner first.
