Notice was issued to Shahrukh, Ajay and Akshay
A few days ago, on the petition of Motilal Yadav Shahrukh KhanAjay Devgan and Akshay Kumar were issued notices by the Central Government on the instructions of Lucknow High Court.
Petition will be filed against the stars
In the legal notice sent by Motilal Yadav to these 6 people, it is clearly written that within 15 days they should terminate the advertising contracts made with these gutkha companies. If they do not do this, then the names of these people will also be included as content in the case going on in the court or a new PIL will be filed against all of them.
Earlier, notice was issued to Shahrukh Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgan by the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court in the matter of advertising of pan masala companies. The Central Government’s lawyer also applied to the Lucknow bench to dismiss this appeal on this contempt petition.
Hearing will be held on May 9
The Central Government’s lawyer also told the Lucknow bench that the Supreme Court is also hearing this case. For this reason this petition should be rejected. A single bench of Justice Rajesh Singh Chauhan has passed this contempt petition. The next hearing has been scheduled for May 9, 2024.
