Every evening there is a crowd at his shop near Madudabad Chowk to taste Jalebi. Here, most of the customers buy only 100 grams to 200 grams. 30 to 40 kg of Jalebi can be easily consumed every day. But as the trust among the customers increased, every customer from our place eats 100 grams or 200 grams of Jalebi while standing. He told that the flour is dissolved in water a day before. After that the jaggery is cooked on flame for a long time. Only then is the jaggery syrup prepared for this special sweet. Jalebi is fried in hot oil in a pan and then dipped in sugar syrup. Only then Jalebi is ready. The price of this famous Jalebi is Rs 120 per kilogram.
