Apart from these, voting can be done by bringing any one of the IDs issued by the Central and State Governments, Public Undertakings, Public Limited Companies to their employees, service identity cards with photos, identity cards of MPs, MLAs, Legislative Council members, Unique Disability ID (UDID) card. can be done.

Also keep this in mind while voting

  • Do not campaign for any candidate or political party within 200 meters of the polling place.
  • Apart from the polling personnel, security forces and polling agents, no person who is not a voter or who has already cast his vote shall stand outside the polling place.
  • No person will park any type of vehicle within 200 meters of the polling place.
  • No political party/candidate will set up camp within 200 meters of the polling place.
  • Loudspeakers will not be used within 200 meters of the polling place.
  • There will be no buying and selling of paan, gutkha, tobacco smoking or drinking alcohol within a radius of 200 meters of the polling place.
  • No person except the presiding officer or other fact officers will carry any electronic device or mobile phone inside the polling places.
