Satna: Allahabadi Samosi Center near the bus stand of Satna in Madhya Pradesh has won the hearts of the local people with its affordable prices and delicious samosas. Here, four samosas along with tomato chutney and onions are served for Rs 10. If you take a plate with chickpeas and peas, its price becomes Rs 15.

Small samosas, big success
The specialty of this center is its small size samosas with peas and dal, more than 400 plates of which are sold every day. The owner of Allahabadi Samosi Center is Vikash Gupta, who has studied till 12th. But, his business skills and the amazing taste of samosas have earned him an income of more than Rs 4,000 per day.

Popular stoppage among students
Vikas Gupta told Local 18 that this samosa stall is the first stop for students alighting at Satna bus stand. Samosa business is the ancestral business of his family, but he runs this stall single-handedly.

seven years journey
Vikas Gupta has been setting up his samosa stall here for the last seven years. His stall remains open from 8 am to 4-5 pm. He told that initially his cart had no name, but when his small samosas gained recognition in the entire city, he named it ‘Allahabadi Samosi Centre’.
