As far as the method of preparing potatoes is concerned, there is a little speciality in it. The whole masala in potato chokha is bought from the market and prepared at home. Readymade masala from the market is not used. The most special thing is that people consider the taste incomplete without garlic and onion, but its charm is also displaying its ability somewhere.
