This new upcoming smartwatch from Samsung has been listed on the Bluetooth SIG database with model number SM-L305U, which has been spotted by SamMobile. Cross-referencing the spotted model with previously leaked information about this smartwatch reveals that the model represents a 40mm version of the Galaxy Watch 7 with LTE connectivity. It has been specially designed for the American market.
Powerful chip will increase battery life
At the same time, Bluetooth certifications have confirmed that Bluetooth 5.3 will be used in this upcoming smartwatch of Samsung, which was also used in Samsung Galaxy Watch 6. However, some earlier leaked reports about Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 indicate that some new and big upgrades are coming in this smartwatch.
According to the report, Samsung is reportedly going to include 3nm processor in Watch 7 for the first time. Which will increase the power by 50% compared to the existing Exynos W930 chip. With this new chip, if the Watch 7 has the same capacity battery as the previous Galaxy Watch 6, then its battery life will get a great boost, which can prove to be a game changer for smartwatch users.
Expected to get Galaxy AI features
Additionally, this chip can expand the internal storage capacity of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 to 32GB, which will be double the 16GB storage capacity of the Watch 6. Apart from all these things, this time Samsung company can also include AI features in its smartwatch in the form of Galaxy AI. Earlier this year, Samsung had introduced its new S series smartphones with Galaxy AI features. In such a situation, it is expected that Samsung can also include some AI features in its smartwatch.
