While talking to Local 18, Lassi seller Siru Sardarji said that people like our Lassi a lot during the summer season. Our Lassi is not only tasty but also beneficial for health. Siru Sardar ji tells that we prepare lassi at home. Water and ice are not used at all in this lassi. This lassi is made from pure curd. First of all, we bring fresh curd and then add our own sugar and spices brought from the market like rose syrup, saffron, poppy seeds, cardamom mixed powder and mix it well. When it starts foaming after mixing for four to five minutes, then understand that the lassi is ready.
Very beneficial for health also
Sardar ji tells that he has been doing Lassi business for about 35 years and the people of Bharatpur like his Lassi a lot. This Lassi stall is set up outside the Collectorate office. Sardar ji does not use any water or ice in this lassi. The price of their Lassi in the market is ₹ 40 to ₹ 60 per glass. Giving information to Local 18, Dr. Chandra Prakash Dixit, Senior Medical Officer, Government Ayurveda Hospital, said that a person who consumes Lassi daily during the summer season gets more relief from stomach heat and constipation. Doctor Dixit tells that this lassi made from curd also removes fatigue and laziness from the body. Lassi contains many nutrients like calcium, protein, vitamin D, which help in keeping the body healthy. Along with this, Lassi also removes digestive problems. Lassi also helps in controlling our body heat.
