Amar Ujala’s team is present at ground zero under the Satta Ka Sangram campaign and is trying to find out what is in the minds of the people. On Tuesday, the team reached Ayodhya and while discussing with the local people there over tea, tried to know which way the political wind is blowing?
Dinesh Jaiswal, a resident sitting at a tea shop, says that there is a wave of Ram here. The public has once again resolved to make Narendra Modi the Prime Minister. Many leaders of India Alliance are in jail and many are on bail. Ram temple is built in Ayodhya. We had not even imagined this. Due to this the environment here has changed and employment opportunities have opened up for the people.
During this, another elderly person says that the government has ended the facilities provided to the elderly. Which is an issue. I too had not imagined that Ram temple would be built in Ayodhya but there are issues too. The government should take care of the elderly.
Tea seller Neeraj says that ever since the Ram temple was built in Ayodhya, people have been coming in large numbers. Lakhs of people are coming to Ayodhya due to which employment opportunities are opening up. Income is increasing. It seems that most of the people are in favor of BJP, rest in democracy everyone has their own opinion. Employment of everyone, irrespective of religion or caste, has increased.
In the discussion, a youth says that the BJP government is giving priority to development. Infrastructure development has taken place in Ayodhya. Due to this the income of the people has increased. There is a peaceful atmosphere in the city. With this, the idea of Hindu Rashtra also seems to be coming true.
