Gorakshpeethadhishwar and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed Rudrabhishek for public welfare in the morning on the second Monday of the month of Shravan. In an hour-long ritual, he anointed Mahadev Lord Shiva with mango juice, 11 liters of milk, water, curd, ghee, sugar, honey, Ganges water and sugarcane juice.

Belpatra, white lotus, red lotus, kaner, shami patra, doob, kusha, mustard, hibiscus, datura, hemp and quince were also offered to him. The Rudrabhishek ritual begins with worshiping Lord Ganesha. After that, the Chief Minister worshiped Lord Shiva and twelve Jyotirlingas with full rituals and rituals.

The Chief Minister’s routine on Monday morning at the Gorakhnath temple was traditional. He first attended the court of Baba Gorakhnath at five in the morning and worshiped him.

After that went to the tomb of his Guru Brahmalin Mahant Avedyanath and took his blessings. After visiting the temple premises as usual, he went to the cowshed and stayed among the cows for half an hour. Caressed them and also fed them jaggery and gram with their own hands.
