Gram flour – 2 cups
Paneer grated – 2 cups
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Green chili – 3-4
Green coriander chopped – 2-3 tbsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

How to make Paneer-Besan Chilla
To make paneer-besan cheela for breakfast, first take a deep-bottomed utensil and filter gram flour in it. After this, grate the paneer in another bowl and keep it aside. Now put finely chopped pieces of green chilies and green coriander leaves in the gram flour and mix.
