Ingredients for making mustard greens and corn bread
To make Sarson Ka Saag, take 750 grams mustard greens, 250 grams spinach greens, 250 grams bathua greens, 2 cups water, salt as per taste, 4 green chillies, 25 grams ginger, 6 garlic cloves, 2 onions, 1 ½ cup Take corn flour, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon garam masala, ½ teaspoon coriander powder and a little ghee. To make corn roti, take ½ kg corn flour, water as per requirement and ghee for baking. Now let us know the method of making mustard greens and corn roti.

Mustard Greens and Corn Roti Recipe
To make mustard greens, add mustard greens, spinach greens and bathua greens in the cooker. Now add salt and water to it. Then put the lid on the cooker and put it on the gas and cook for 1 ½ hours. Now filter the greens, remove the water and mash the greens well in the cooker. After this add corn flour to the vegetables and stir. Now put the squeezed water of the greens in the cooker again and cook the greens on low flame. Now add green chilli and ginger to it and cook. After the greens become thick, turn off the gas. To make saag tadka, heat some oil. Add onion, ginger, garlic, red chilli, garam masala and coriander in it. Fry everything until it turns golden brown and then add this tempering to the greens and mix. Your mustard greens are ready.
Now to make corn roti, first take corn flour in a plate. Now knead the dough by adding water to it. After this, heat the pan and apply some oil on it. This will prevent the corn bread from sticking to the pan. Now roll the roti from corn dough and put it on the pan and cook it on low flame. After it turns golden brown, take out the roti and serve it with hot greens.
