Shark Tank India Season 2 Judge Vineeta Singh: Apart from business, Vineeta Singh, who is seen as a judge in the TV reality show ‘Shark Tank India Season 2’, is also ahead in physical activities. She often participates in race and swimming. However, in a recent competition, Vinita Singh had a panic attack in the middle of swimming. Let us tell you what happened to him after this.
Vinita had a panic attack while swimming
Vinita Singh has shared a post on Instagram account, in which she has shared her experiences from a competition. He told that he had a panic attack while swimming, but he controlled the situation and completed the competition. Vinita wrote, “I finally finished. I’ve always had trouble with swimming. Unfortunately, all triathlons begin with a swim, that too in open water. Last week’s Shivaji Triathlon was my toughest.”
Vinita was trembling on the boat
Vineeta said, “Despite all the encouraging words from Shaam and Kaushik (Vineeta’s son), I could not breathe. Still I continued. The rescue boat had arrived and had also decided to quit. The thought of quitting was painful, but Shivaji Lake was too dangerous for me to control. I was trembling sitting on the boat. Then I saw a 9 year old girl making her way through the waves. Although, I was about to throw my towel, but then calmed down that it is not that difficult.
Vineeta did not give up
Vineeta further wrote, “I had not taken much training, so it was okay to go back to my kids and tell them that mom needs to do some hard training for open water swimming and will try again, but can I give my Was ready to get the first DNF. Unlike most triathlons, this one didn’t have a timing cutoff, so what was my excuse? Somehow I stopped thinking of negativity train and covered the distance of 1 km. As I jumped, paddled, tried to swim on the back, tried a few strokes, then went back to the rescue rope. I did this 100 times.
Last completed the race
Vinita said, “Usually it took me less than 39 minutes, but this took me 1.5 hours. When I finally got out of the water and looked back, I was the last person standing. Then the Navy Rescue Team got relief. I threw away all the water I drank from the lake and rested for a while before the bike-run. All I did for the last 30 minutes was to visualize it, savor it. The knees were still wobbly. Looking back, it is known that I was not mentally prepared for this race. Mental strength also needs regular training like other muscles. Visualizing, breathing work, positive thinking could have started earlier, but on tough days someone else learns and I am grateful.”
co-sharks praising
In the end Vineeta wrote, “Everyone had finished the race by 10.30, I finished at 12.20. 100 Navy officers were cheering in the scorching heat. God bless the entire unit of INS Shivaji. I came back and told my children – Mama did not give up. From Namita Thapar to Anupam Mittal praised his courage.
