Shatrughan Sinha has clarified in an interview to Times Now that people ran a disgusting campaign against his family regarding his daughter’s marriage. The veteran actor also said that he will not tolerate all this.

He said- ‘We have faced many big problems and this is nothing.’ Shatrughan further spoke openly about the tension in the family due to Sonakshi’s marriage.

Shatrughan said- ‘There was nothing to worry about. We were like any other normal family where a wedding was taking place, why we became such a target, you would know this better than me. We did not ask for this.’

The veteran actor further said that this is not the first time that such a marriage (inter-religious) is taking place. He said- ‘Our family was made the victim of the most disgusting campaign. But I make it clear that if my family is harmed, I will not tolerate it.’

During this time, Shatrughan Sinha also talked about Luv not attending Sonakshi’s wedding. He said- ‘Family matters should remain within the family. As I said, which family does not have disagreements? We may disagree and argue on some issues. But at the end of the day, we are a family and no one can break us.’
