Talking about Shimla city, a person sells Chole Kulcha in the famous Lakkar Bazaar of the city. Usually a crowd is seen near them. Local people including tourists are crazy about the Chole Kulcha made by them. This person sets up his radii in front of the DAV School located in Lakkar Bazaar. While talking to Local 18, Chole Kulcha seller Kamlesh Kumar Gupta said that he originally belongs to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Living in Shimla for last 27 years. He has been selling this radii in Lakkar Bazaar of Shimla for the last 20 years.
cleanliness is the biggest secret
Kamlesh Kumar Gupta told that local people including tourists come to him to eat Chole Kulcha and Chaat, there are more local people in it. People coming back from their office, school children or other people regularly visit them. Ever since he started Cheese Kulcha, he is getting a very good response from the people. If we talk about the price, the price of Chole Kulcha has been kept at Rs 40 and the price of Cheese Kulcha has been kept at Rs 60. He does not use any kind of oil and makes Kulcha only in Amul butter. He takes full care of cleanliness and hygiene at his ready.
