India Today’s survey found that if elections are held in Uttar Pradesh today, the Bharatiya Janata Party will win 70 seats and will also get 50 percent vote share. According to the survey, NDA alliance will get 50 percent votes in Uttar Pradesh and a total of 72 seats. In UP, Bharatiya Janata Party is in alliance with Anupriya Patel’s Apna Dal.
INDIA alliance will not be able to win even 10 seats
According to the survey, INDIA alliance will not get even 10 seats in UP. Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party is expected to get seven seats and including one seat of Congress, the opposition alliance will have a total of 8 seats. Mayawati’s Bahujan Samajwadi Party has not got any seat in the survey. In 2019, Akhilesh’s party had won 15 seats.
Talking about vote share, Congress will get six percent, Samajwadi Party will get 30 percent and Bahujan Samajwadi Party will get eight percent. Samajwadi Party’s vote share was earlier 39 percent. In the survey, the vote share of both Akhilesh and Mayawati’s parties has decreased.
When was the survey done?
This survey was started in the month of December last year and was completed in the month of January this year. Now the data of this survey has come out. More than 35000 people were included in the survey. These people were from different Lok Sabha seats. Survey data may be completely different from actual voting, but generally the mood of the public is understood through surveys. In such a situation, NDA alliance seems to be benefiting in UP in the upcoming elections.
