Shop manager Sadhu Nath told Local 18 that there are many sweets in this shop. But, what attracts people the most. This boat is Rabri. People like to serve Rabdi in the shape of a vote made of clay. In such a situation, people also like to give it to their relatives and guests.
How to make boat rabri
To make Rabdi sweet, milk is first boiled and then cooled. Then, sugar is added to it and it is mixed. This mixture is mixed well while boiling slowly. After this it is allowed to cool. Then Rabdi is added in a thin layer to make sweets. After this it is cooled slowly and kept in the cold for decorating. On top of Rabri you will also find cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds and saffron which doubles the taste. Here only Rs 48 per Rabri is available.
