Shraddha Kapoor Rejected Salman Khan Film: Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is in the news these days for her recently released film Stree 2. The audience was waiting for this horror-comedy film for a long time. The film has hit the theatres on 15 August. Shraddha Kapoor made her Bollywood debut with the film ‘Teen Patti’, but do you know that she would have made her debut at the age of 16 if she had accepted Salman Khan’s offer of a film which she rejected.

It is every other actor’s wish to work with Salman Khan. Shraddha Kapoor got this offer at the age of just 16 but the actress rejected it. The actress herself revealed this in an old interview given to Hindustan Times. Shraddha had told that she got an offer for the 2005 film ‘Lucky – No Time for Love’. But she rejected it.

Why was Salman Khan’s film rejected?
Shraddha Kapoor had said- ‘I felt that at the age of 15 or 16, I was very young and wanted to finish school and go to college. I don’t think my success is defined by getting the offer at that time. But it was difficult to turn it down and focus on studies because it was a great opportunity to work with Salman Khan.’

Got recognition from ‘Aashiqui 2’
Let us tell you that Shraddha Kapoor made her debut with the film ‘Teen Patti’ and she was 23 years old at that time. However, this film of hers flopped. The actress got real recognition from the film ‘Aashiqui 2’ in which the audience liked her chemistry with Aditya Roy.
