Aftab Poonawala, an accused in the Shraddha murder case lodged in Tihar Jail, has filed an application in the Saket court in pen, demanding that he get his education certificate from the court. Along with this, Aftab has requested that he should be given pencil, blank notebook for higher studies.
Accused Aftab Amin Poonawala has filed two petitions in the court. In which he has demanded to provide notebook, pen for higher education. Along with this, there has been a demand to provide soft copy of the charge sheet filed by the police.
The petition filed by the accused Aftab’s lawyer MS Khan said that Aftab should be given relevant books to study for his education certificate. So that Aftab can complete his studies. Along with this, a soft copy of the charge sheet filed by the Delhi Police has also been given to Aftab. In the petition, Aftab’s lawyer said that the charge sheet given to Aftab should be in a proper manner. Also pen pencil, note book should be given to Aftab, so that he can make notes.
Please tell that the accused Aftab had strangled Shraddha to death. Aftab then cut Shraddha’s body into 35 pieces. The pieces were kept in a fridge. He used to go every night to throw a piece of Shraddha’s dead body in the forest. Pieces of Shraddha’s dead body were kept in the kitchen and accused Aftab Poonawala used to bring another girlfriend to the room.
