According to a Hindustan Times report, Shweta had to give her one bedroom apartment to Raja after the divorce. The price of this apartment was 93 lakhs at that time and both Raja and Shweta were its owners. There were reports that at that time the lawyer had suggested to transfer that flat in the name of Palak and Raja, but Raja refused and said that he wanted the ownership of the flat alone.
Shweta had told, ‘I was shocked when Raja said this. ‘I can sacrifice my daughter for property. Give me the flat and I will divorce you.’ According to the divorce agreement, Raja could not meet Palak, yes the actress could give permission to her daughter to meet Raja if she wanted.
Drug addiction ruined relationship
Let us tell you that after Shweta Tiwari, Raja had an affair with Shraddha Sharma. Shraddha had accused Raja of becoming aggressive when he is drunk. Then in an interview given to Times of India, Raja had admitted that he was addicted to drugs and he had also taken treatment to get out of it.
Raja had said, ‘Yes, I was addicted to drugs. But this was the only problem I had. I had consulted many doctors and psychiatrists.’
