Sandeep Singh told Local 18 that after completing his studies, he has worked as a chef in two star, three star, four star and five star hotels for many years. Not only this, he has also served his handmade food to former President Pranab Mukherjee. Sandeep said that he had a dream that high profile families get to eat food cooked by famous chefs like us, but middle class and poor families also have this dream. To fulfill this desire, Sandeep left a job with a good salary and started a cart of Dahi Bhalle and Papdi Chaat. He is making his dream come true through this cart.

Sandeep Singh told that he is a neighbor of famous singer Jubin Nautiyal. He has 25 years of experience as a chef in a good hotel. He told that his boss tried to convince him a lot, but he did not listen and left his job and chose this job so that he could fulfill his and others’ dreams. He serves his special dish of Dahi Bhalle to people for Rs. 30 per half plate and a full plate for Rs. 60. The price is kept low so that everyone can taste this dish. If you also like this dish, you can come and eat it near Sector 15 parking in Noida. Sandeep told that he himself prepares four types of chutney in Dahi Bhalle. Along with this, he prepares the dish by mixing pomegranate seeds and special namkeen with dry fruits. People are drawn to it because of its amazing taste.
