In the Sisamau assembly by-election, SP has finalized the name of Naseem Solanki, wife of outgoing MLA Irfan Solanki. Along with the decision to give ticket to Naseem Solanki, SP high command also sent information to her through the metropolitan unit to prepare for the election. On Saturday, SP national president Akhilesh Yadav called the officials of the metropolitan unit and both the presidents of Sisamau assembly constituency to Lucknow. After talking to the officials, the high command informed its decision. This put an end to the efforts of SP leaders who were claiming ticket from this area.
Metropolitan unit president Haji Fazal Mahmood, senior vice president Shailendra Yadav Mintu, general secretary Sanjay Singh Bunty Sengar and Sisamau assembly constituency presidents Varun Jaiswal and Asif Qadri met SP chief Akhilesh Yadav. Metropolitan president Haji Fazal Mahmood said that national president Akhilesh Yadav has instructed that Naseem Solanki, wife of outgoing MLA Irfan Solanki, will contest the Sisamau by-election. Along with this, he also sent a message to start preparing for the election.
After returning from Lucknow, the message of the party’s national president was conveyed to Naseem Solanki at his home. Along with this, the metropolitan unit will be engaged with full force for the by-election. In this regard, Naseem Solanki says that the first attempt is to ensure that Irfan Solanki does not lose his MLA post and gets relief from the High Court. If there is a by-election, it will be fought with full force. The people of the area are with us.
