Sisters took full advantage of free travel in roadways buses in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. However, they also faced a lot of trouble due to the crowd. The buses were jam packed in the humid heat. Sisters had to stand for hours waiting for the bus. Many were forced to take the help of private vehicles.
The Yogi government gave the gift of free travel to women in roadways buses from 12 pm on Sunday night to 12 pm on Monday night. The buses were jam packed as the sisters came from nearby districts in the morning and returned in the evening. There was relatively less crowd in the afternoon. There was a big crowd of sisters in the morning and evening at ISBT, Idgah and Bijlighar bus stands.
