Despite the imposition of Model Code of Conduct in Sitamarhi district of Bihar, crime is out of control. Criminals are continuously carrying out major incidents in the district. Not only this, they are also committing murder by entering the house. Last night, criminals entered a house and murdered a BA Part One student by slitting his throat. The said incident took place in Balua village of Mahindrawara police station area of Sitamarhi district.
Actually, in Balua village at around 12.30 pm on Saturday night, the throat of a student sleeping in the house was slit with a sharp weapon. After committing the incident, all the criminals fled from the spot. Hearing the young man’s voice, the family reached there and admitted him to SKMCH Muzaffarpur for treatment. Where the doctors declared him dead. At present, the police, which reached the spot after receiving information about the incident, is conducting the post-mortem of the dead body. At the same time, information about the incident is being taken from the relatives of the deceased.
According to the information, the deceased has been identified as Sanjeev Kumar (22), son of Bhola Sahni, resident of Balua village of Mahindrawara police station area. Bhola Sahni, father of the deceased, told that he used to study while staying outside. Here, I came home because of some household work. Five days ago, he had a dispute with a young man from the same village. At that time the accused had threatened to kill her. He told that everyone was sleeping after having dinner last night. Then the accused along with five-six other people arrived and carried out the incident and fled from the spot. When we woke up after hearing the sound, we saw all the accused running away.
