Amidst all this, an old interview of the actress is going viral in which she had said how reserved her father and veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha is about her marriage.

In fact, during an interview given to Bollywood Bubble in the year 2021, Sonakshi had revealed what her family thinks about her marriage. The actress had said that her father Shatrughan Sinha is also happy with her not getting married.
Actually Sonakshi had told that her mother used to jokingly ask her to get married, but seeing her anger, she used to back off. During this, Sonakshi had said that, “If he (Shatrughan Sinha) had his way, he would never want me to get married. Mother sometimes drops that small bomb that it is time now (for marriage), I should get married, and I just give her a look and then she says okay, okay, okay.”

Sonakshi Sinha also thanked her parents for always supporting her. Because of this, she could focus wholeheartedly on her career without any pressure. She further said, “I am glad that they have given me the kind of freedom where they did not really sit on my head and put pressure like ‘Shaadi Karlo Beta’ until I was ready.”
