Now Sonakshi has reacted to her marriage for the first time and said that her life has never been better than this.
What did Sonakshi say about life after marriage?
Talking to Zoom TV about life after marriage, Sonakshi said, “It has never been better.” She further added, “The beauty of it is that I am feeling pretty much the same. I am happy that I had a great life before marriage and now I am back to that. I am very happy to be back to work.”
Sonakshi was trolled a lot for her marriage with Zaheer
Sonakshi is surely enjoying her married life but she has also faced a lot of trolling for her inter-religion marriage with Zaheer Iqbal. The couple even disabled the comments section on their Instagram while sharing the official pictures of their civil marriage and reception to avoid hate and negativity during their wedding.
Amid the trolling, Sonakshi recently shared a cryptic note on Instagram in which she wrote, “How to know when to keep the volume low or turn it off completely (airplanes, movie theatres). How to know when you don’t get what you want? Develop a deep concern for the environment. Live and let live.”
Shatrughan Sinha was angry at those who trolled his daughter
At the same time, Sonakshi’s father and actor turned politician Shatrughan Sinha also targeted those who opposed his daughter Sonakshi’s inter-religious marriage with Zaheer Iqbal and called it “love jihad”. In a conversation with Times Now, he said, ‘Kuch toh log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna. To this I would like to add, ‘If the people who say this are useless, worthless, then saying itself becomes work.’
He further said, “Marriage is a very personal decision between two people, no one has the right to interfere or comment on it. I say to all the protesters – go, get a life. Do something useful in your life. Say nothing else.”
