You can make barfi using dates. For this, you have to soak dates in water for 10 minutes, then grind it in a mixer, heat ghee in a pan and add this paste, after frying for 5 to 7 minutes, add pistachios, almonds, cardamom, cashews etc. to this paste. Add and mix. Keep this paste in a greased pan, cool it and then cut it and consume it.

Date Milk Shake

Apart from this, you can also make date milk shake. You have to soak the dates in milk for 2 hours, then put it in a blender, add sugar and some milk on top and grind it. Then filter it in a glass and keep it in the fridge and you can drink it once it cools down.

Date Laddus

To make date laddus, you have to soak the dates in water for 10 minutes and then grind them in the mixer. After grinding it, heat ghee in a pan and add date paste in it. Roast it for 7 to 8 minutes. When the paste becomes thick, add almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder to it and mix. Then cool it and give it a round shape and serve it.
