There is a shop named Shivam Poha near Dhanvantari Complex in the district, which is famous for delicious Paneer Poha. This shop is only a few years old, but in a short time it has made its mark in Bhind by giving good taste. People come from far and wide to taste it. Its taste is such that even after eating it you will not be able to forget it.
This is how the shop started
In Bhind, Shivam has told that twenty years ago when we saw all the people sitting here decorated poha shops, but if we have to give competition to all of them then something different will have to be done. Then we came up with the idea of Paneer Poha, as soon as we started, people started liking the taste. However, I have done this work earlier in Delhi as well, from which we had a very good idea. That’s where we started. Today people come from far and wide to taste it.
Paneer Poha is prepared from these things
Shivam told that to enhance the taste of Poha, special dishes are used in it. Finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chilies, lemon, finely chopped capsicum, grated paneer, peanuts, finely chopped coriander, black salt as per taste. Our poha is prepared by mixing all these. We also add our own special masala to it.
