SSC CGL 2024 Registration Last Date: The last date to apply for the Staff Selection Commission’s Combined Graduate Level Examination 2024 has arrived. Those candidates who have not been able to apply till now due to any reason despite being eligible and interested, should fill the form now. There will be recruitment on so many posts
A total of 17727 Group C and B posts will be filled through this year’s Staff Selection Commission, Combined Graduate Level Examination 2024. This is a central government job for which lakhs of candidates apply every year. Although the number of vacancies is tentative, changes are possible in it.
After passing the examination, the posts of Assistant Section Officer, Auditor, Accountant, Tax Assistant, Junior Intelligence Officer, Research Assistant, Divisional Accountant etc. will be filled.

Who can apply
Graduation pass candidates can apply for these posts of SSC CGL. The age limit is 18 to 32 years. Age will be counted from 1 August 2024. Reserved category will get relaxation in upper age limit. Post wise information of the vacancy has not been given yet, it will be informed on the website in some time.
Other important dates
The last date to apply is tomorrow while the last date to pay the application fee is 25 July 2024. Offline fees can be paid till 26 July 2024. The correction window for correction in the application will be opened on 10 and 11 August 2024. The date of the examination has not been announced yet, only this information has been given that the exam will be conducted in the month of September-October 2024.

To apply, candidates of general category will have to pay a fee of Rs 100. Candidates of SC, ST PH and ESM category do not have to pay any fee. To get other information in detail, you can check the notice given on the official website.
Selection will be done in two phases
Selection for these posts of SSC CGL will be done after passing two stages of examination. First there will be a tier one exam, those who pass it will be able to appear for the tier two exam. Final selection will be done only after passing both the stages.
