The 68th State Secondary School Football Competition is going to be held from 6th to 11th September at Aligarh Sports Stadium, DS Inter College and Mahavidyalaya. 2000 players from 120 teams of the state will gather in Aligarh.
In the competition, 120 teams of girls from Kasturba Vidyalaya and three sports colleges are participating in the Under-14 category, and 120 teams of boys and girls in the Under-17 and Under-19 categories. A meeting of the District Sports Committee was held in DS Inter College regarding the preparations for the competition. DIOS Sarvadanand said that all those who have been given the responsibility to make the competition a success should come together.
The coordinator of the competition has been made KP Singh Principal Siddhant Singh Inter College, co-convener Dr. Vijendra Sharma Principal Shri Lakshmi Raj Inter College Gabhana and Dr. Manisha Agarwal Principal Champa Agarwal Girls Inter College. Committee Vice President Dr. Vipin Kumar Varshney, Treasurer Dr. Anoop Sharma, Neeti Singh, Dr. Kaushalendra Yadav. Dr. Sanjay Singh, Dalesh Kankaran etc. were present in the meeting.
