Statue Of Mahatma Gandhi To Be Installed At UNSC Headquarters External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar Will Unveil


UNSC: Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar (S. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and S Jaishankar will inaugurate the statue of Gandhi and place it in the iconic northern lawn of the building. India’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ruchira Kamboj tweeted, “Tomorrow (December 15) the External Affairs Minister will unveil Gandhiji’s statue at the United Nations, the first statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the world body.”
