When the reserve staff got the news of the separation of the child, they started searching the area with a drone. Officials said that this child got separated from the group three kilometers away. The department staff immediately reached there and will take him to a safe place.
But reuniting him with their group was not an easy task. First the officials had to remove all human signs from the child’s body. They rubbed mud on it and then took it very close to the group and left it so that it could meet the group. After reaching here, he soon joined his group where he and his mother were reunited.
Indian Forest Service officer Supriya Sahu has posted the video of this entire incident in her Twitter account praising the employees. In this video, it is seen how the Forest Department employees took the baby elephant safely and left it near a group of elephants. The incident of the mother and child meeting in this video is also being discussed a lot.
