This water passes through the big pond located ahead of Gaumukh Kund, through the outer pond and goes to Kamal Kund. The water coming from the hill to Gaumukh is called a lotus pond. No one can see the water from above. Water comes in this cow-mouth throughout the year and people take bath in the pond.

Religious importance of Jhajhirampura
Mahant Manoj Awasthi said that Jhajhirampura pilgrimage is a place of penance from the Mahabharata era. Saints used to do penance in the Aravali mountains. Pandavas started worshipping Rudradev in the presence of Baba Bhurasiddh Maharaj to obtain weapons during their exile. Ekadasha Rudras appeared due to the rigorous penance of Pandavas and Bhurasiddh Maharaj. Since that day, Rudras are being continuously anointed with water from Ganga water. Lord Shiva is in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple and Maa Parvati is on Nandi on his left side. There are five Rudralingas on the left and right side of Lord Shiva. Nature itself is doing Jalabhishek on all these Ekadasha Rudras.
