Story 2: Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao’s horror-comedy film Stree 2 was released in theatres last month. It has been almost a month since the film’s release and the film is still ruling the box office. In terms of collection, it has left many films behind. In Stree 2, the audience got to see the terror of the snake. Which is ultimately destroyed by the woman. But do you know who is this woman who destroyed the snake? The character of Sarkate was played by Sunil Kumar, a constable from Jammu and Kashmir, while the character of Stree was played by Bhumi Rajgor in this film. In the first part of Stree, this character was played by Flora Saini. In the sequel, Bhumi has replaced Flora. Before Stree 2, Bhumi was seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha and Faqt Mahilon Mate. If reports are to be believed, Bhumi has also been a makeup artist earlier.
This is how I gave the audition
Talking to a news portal, Bhumi revealed how her audition happened. Bhumi said- Initially, I had auditioned for another character in Stree 2. But they liked my audition and when I was offered the role of Stree, I kept quiet. Of course, they asked me to scream at the top of my voice. It was the most fun audition of my life! However, the makers told me, ‘Since you are playing a ghost, your face will not be seen.’
Bhumi said- My family was apprehensive because they said no one would know that I am in the film. But I did not want to miss the opportunity to work with such wonderful co-stars who are so down to earth. I learned a lot by watching them and Shraddha was very nice to me. My only regret is that I did not have any scene with Pankaj sir.
