The owner of the shop, Manish Kumar, told News 18 Local that in Bhunja, apart from Chuda, Mudhi, roasted gram, almonds, corn, moong and soaked gram, moong etc., home-made pickles, chutney, spices, salt, finely chopped Chopped onion, chillies are mixed. This Mix Bhunja is given for Rs.20 per 100 grams. People going from Mahagama to Godda, Pirpainti and Bhagalpur stop here and eat Bhunja.
Manish told that this shop was started by his father 22 years back. Now he also sits at the shop to support his father. People come here with great enthusiasm to taste the spicy bhunja. About Rs 3,000 is sold daily.
Customer Anuj Kumar Bhagat, who came to buy Bhunja, told that he has been coming to this shop for the last 15 years. He eats Bhunja regularly. There cannot be a better breakfast than this in the evening. It doesn’t have any side effects. Digestion is also fine by this.
